With this project we aim to SPREAD THE RESULTS of our Erasmus+ project in which teachers from OU Hristo Botev, Aheloy, Bulgaria will participate in 3 structured teachers' courses in Great Britain in order to internationalize the school and bring new teaching ideas. In order to meet the training and professional development needs of our teachers, we enrolled our team of participants in the following courses: EFFECTIVE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN TEACHING - a blended approach course for teachers who want to raise their awareness and use of technology in the context of teaching and to improve their language skills. FLIPPED CLASSROOM - this course aims to enable participants develop an understand of the idea behind the flipped classroom and how it can be integrated into their own curricula. OUTDOOR AND ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION - this course provides teachers with practical skills, teaching ideas and materials for environmental education and training outside the classroom
