This project has been created as a working platform and support for the Comenius project we have already started and during the period 2013-2015. This project is based on values orientation, societal cohesion and labour mobility all over Europe. The globalisation process is leading to the mobility of skilled labour force in order to ensure a sustained economic growth rate and employment. Besides economic benefits of the labour mobility, it also brings up some questions affecting societal cohesion because of the different socio-cultural values, economic differences, inequality in society, disparity in living conditions, communication problems and the lack of some basic skills that will be researched with our students. In this Project, activities will be planned to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes that help prepare pupils for tomorrow's world of work and facilitate youth’s integration into the European community. We want to work under a European perspective through the view of each partner involved on the Comenius project in order to develop skills, knowledge and positive attitudes in our students. Social counseling and vocational guidance will also be done for students and they will be encouraged to entrepreneurship. Finally, this project will help students and educational staff involved to better understand the range of European cultures, languages and values, providing tools that may allow us to respect all the environmental concerns, traditions, beliefs, social institutions, ways of life, and social and moral values of communities.
