TODAY'S CHILDREN ARE THE ARCHITECTS OF THE FUTURE

Our Earth, which has hosted living things for billions of years, is today facing the danger of climate change. Increased temperature and environmental pollution negatively affect all living things. Our natural resources are becoming increasingly depleted. Experts state that we are in the most critical 20 years before entering an irreversible period. Like all living things, humans are also negatively affected by these developments. Today, humanity not only has to struggle with environmental problems. War, famine, epidemics and many negative situations brought about by being an industrial society disrupt people's spiritual and physical integrity. Global cooperation is needed today for the future of our world and the security of humanity. We aim to make many students from various countries a part of this global collaboration. We adopt the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals determined by the European Union as a road map. Our project is inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals and planned to improve students' social, academic, and cognitive skills. With our project, we also draw attention to the problems required by the age, such as environmental problems, climate change, renewable energy cyclical developments in the world, etc. We aim to raise awareness among our students about the issues. Our project; allows our students to develop high-level thinking skills such as research, questioning, and evaluation and to experience a contemporary Web-based project. Thanks to our project, our students will use artificial intelligence to design a utopian universe in which they reflect their dreams of a safe and sustainable World. This will contribute to the development of responsibility awareness in our students and their ability to create their preferences. The basis of a healthy society is healthy individuals. The immediate goal of our project is to provide environmental education to our students and to inform them about the Sustainable Development Goals. Its distant goal is to ensure that our students become visionary individuals who determine the principles of Sustainable Development Goals and to make our students a part of change. Based on this information, our project aims to contribute to the versatile development of our students by addressing many issues such as Sustainable Development Goals, environment and climate change, and recycling issues as a whole every month. The direct target audience of our project is our students, but our parents and teachers will also be indirectly informed. In our project, our students who need special education or have health problems will also be able to work in cooperation with their other friends. In this way, our project will be an innovative and contemporary eTwinning project that aims for the effective participation of all stakeholders. Duration of our project: 7 months
