Recognition emotions (Identifying and labeling feelings own and others’) is a valuable life skill in today's world that takes lots of practice in. This skills help us build healthy relationships, and feel empathy. Kids with healthy social-emotional skills are more likely succeed in school, work, and life. During the implementation of our project, we will try to get to know emotions together with children, measure them and learn to control our emotions.
