I teach at the primary/ lower secondary level (years 5-10 in the Norwegian system). My main subjects are English and Music, but whenever the Norwegian government decides to try some new subjects (with names like Practical project work, Extra language training, Information production et cetera), programming, theatre, I usually get those. Over the years I've taught most subjects (excluding science, math, crafts and physical education), so I've done a bit of everything.

I'm especially interested in the challenges and opportunities caused by globalization and the use of computers to bring the world into the classroom.

I feel that working with students in other countries helps children and young adults as well as teachers gain some much needed perspective.

I am a former eTwinning Ambassador in Norway. I won the European eTwinning Award in 2015 with the project Soundtrackers, and have received 4 European Quality Seals.

I'm born in 1975. I have a wife and two kids. In my spare time I write, make music, play with my rock band, walk my dog and play complicated board games:)
