Description

The course equips participants with a versatile skill set, combining soft skills with practical teaching abilities to address the critical issue of early school leaving. Designed for teachers, headteachers, inspectors, counsellors, decision-makers, and trainers, it specifically focuses on developing competencies relevant to adult education. 

Participants will learn to integrate technology, promote inclusivity, and design creative, engaging lessons to fight early school leaving, including adventure-based learning. Additionally, the course strengthens essential soft skills such as adaptability, communication, collaboration, and leadership. Through innovative training methods, it fosters both professional and personal growth, ensuring participants can effectively apply their skills in adult learning environments.

Multiple topics will be integrated in each session, in order to tailor the course to participants' needs.

Learning objectives

The course content is selected based on the most recent and relevant research findings and best practices. Quarter Mediation established clear and measurable learning objectives for the course and ensured they are aligned with the latest educational standards and practices in Europe. The lectures and presentations delivered during the course include references for all course materials, to demonstrate that the content is grounded in credible sources.

During the course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Early School Leaving by examining its root causes and consequences, enabling them to develop targeted interventions. Methodology & assessment

Quarter Mediation designed the course with clear, measurable objectives focused on inspiration, engagement, interactivity, and reflection. The curriculum combines diverse teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, hands-on exercises, educational visits, and multimedia resources to ensure an interactive learning experience.
The course integrates modern digital tools to enhance interactivity, engagement, and learning. Practical applications and real-life experiences encourage reflection and personal application. Digital tools support content delivery, accessibility, collaboration, and communication while aligning with course objectives. They also facilitate assessment and feedback through quizzes, assignments, and reward systems.
The course combines assessment and evaluation strategies to create an inspiring, engaging, and interactive European training program for adult education.

Certification details

Certification is in accordance with the Certification of learning outcomes as required by the Quality standards for courses under learning mobility of individuals. 

Attendance certificates will be provided to all participants that attended the entire course, and will include: participant's name, organisation and country, course title, session dates, and venues.

Europass Mobility Certificate can be provided at request.

    The course fee covers only the enrolment in the course. 

    Other costs such as accommodation, meals, transport, and subsistence are not included in the course fee. However, these expenses are covered separately through the Erasmus+ grant, with participants receiving financial support for these items under the respective allowances.

    Changes to session dates or participant names can be made with prior notice, depending on availability and course requirements. However, once the course fee has been paid, cancellation is not possible.
