The city of Tulcea is a beutiful city located at the gates of the Danube Delta.
Near Tulcea is Constanța, another nice and beutiful town with Blak Sea Port and embankment, where you can see a ancient Casino.
With a population of over 50000, and located on seven hills, Tulcea, it is an attraction for tourists from all over the world.

Ion Creangă Theoretical High School is a large school that includes all levels and cycles of pre-university education. From kindergarten, primary cycle, gymnasium and high school. At the high school we have human, real, tvocational profiles.
There are 891 students enrolled in this institution coordinated by 64 teaching staff/ teachers. We are like a family because many of us, former students of this high school, have been here for years as teacher, educators. ? We promote freedom of expression and European values.
