  • Blue Bird Button  on TwinSpace is not working, so we meet via Meet, plan B.
  • Juan from Cantabria and Xabier from Koldo Mitxelena cannot join the project because the issue with “Pending” and being a contact is still there. Solution: invite them as guests.
  • We started by sharing where we are.
    • Poland-Kasia: They are on holiday. Assessment 1 done, video of the translated poem to be shared. Logos and Flip ready. The other tasks will be finished by January.
    • Poland-Gosia: missing video, but ready at the end of January. Finishing logos and wishes on Flip.
    • Arantza-Cantabria: Assessment 1 ready. Flip on the way together with the international poems, video and logos.
    • Rita-Portugal: Completing assessment 1, reading poems and translating them. Flip next week and logos will be ready at the end of January.
    • Sevda-Turkey: winter break. Working on the logo. Catching up with the tasks.
    • Kati-Hungary: Reading poems and translating them. Logos and wishes on Flip will be ready at the end of January.
    • Czechia-Alena: Logos ready, poems translated but no videos. Working on poetry. A way to engage tech/science learners. Flip task to be completed as soon as possible.
    • Athanasia-Greece The assessment was ok since December, the logo is uploading, international East poems are almost there, flip audios finished
    • Idoia-Basque Country: Completed assessment 1 in Nov-December, poems translated and videos shared. Working on Flip, international poems and logos next week.
  • Conclusion: Pages 1-7 will be possible to be ready by the end of January.
  • Decisions:
    • Each teacher is a facilitator within her team and will check the videos posted on Flip regularly to give feedback.
    • Each teacher will gather their class logos and keep their class collection hidden, so nobody will know who is the creator of the logos chosen for the poll. After each national class chooses the final representative logos, we will share them in this folder: International logos  1 LOGO EACH CLASS.
    • Name the logos with the name of your country/school. Idoia will change the name later and give a number to the logo to create the poll on TwinSpace. DEADLINE: end of January to share a logo. Competition: first two weeks in February.
    • Evaluation pages: We decided that we would share the results of Assessment 1 by writing a text with the summary.

TO BE DONE9. Going South

Presentation

- Most of the coordinators have already shared the pictures of their international teams to create the poetic eBook. It will be finished in March.

- Students have already shared the questions in their international teams to create the questionnaire. Answers will be chosen and the form will be shared asap. Deadline to get the answers 15th April. Then each school will analyze a certain amount of answers and share the results of the international survey.

- We have presented the next tasks for Going South.

- Shared information about the European Prize.

Decisions:

April is a different month in each country due to the Easter/Spring break, so we need to be flexible with the deadlines.
