Autumn Vibes
AUTUMN VIBES
During October and November the teams had the opportunity to make nature walks and recognize changes in their environment. They also created happy faces using natural materials, inspired by Arcimboldo. Moreover, they inserted words related with Autumn and this word cloud led to the creation of a multilingual dictionary. Additionally, they prepared natural doughs and played. They focused on the pumpkin, as it is a vegetable that connects all the partner countries. Students read a famous story about a pumpkin, draw together the elements that caught their interest, used pumpkin to prepare meals (cookbook) and peels to make new items (pots, vases etc.) and the seeds to make a pumpkin mosaic jointly. Finally, they assessed the new knowledge by creating a common story about friendship and life cycle of a pumpkin.
