All the schools have taken measures in accordance with the European Union Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR). They aim to ensure that the personal data of pupils and staff is protected at the highest level. The measures taken include the following steps:

 1. Consent from parents and legal representatives: For the processing of personal data of students that are not necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the school, they require the express consent of parents or legal representatives. This consent is especially crucial for the publication of photos, videos, and other personal data of pupils as part of school activities.
 2. Transparency: They ensure that all data subjects are informed about how their data is processed. All information about the processing of personal data is available in the school's privacy policy, which is available on the school's website.

3. Employee training: Their employees are regularly trained in the field of personal data protection and GDPR so that they can handle personal data correctly and efficiently following legislative requirements.
