Authorizations
Authorizations
To ensure the project is carried out safely and in accordance with school and European privacy regulations, all necessary authorizations have been obtained from the families of participating students.
At the beginning of the school year, parents were informed about the aims and activities of the Cultural Connections project, including the use of digital platforms (such as TwinSpace), video calls with international partners, and the publication of students’ work, photos, or voice recordings.
Each participating school collected signed parental consent forms covering:
- Participation in international collaborative activities
- Use of students’ first names, drawings, and written work
- Publication of photos or videos (when applicable and only in protected environments)
- Use of secure online tools and apps under teacher supervision
In accordance with GDPR guidelines and national regulations, all shared content respects students’ privacy, and any identifiable materials are published only when explicit permission has been granted.
This careful approach allows students to take part in the project with full safety, transparency, and respect, while enabling families to feel involved and informed.
