Mansioni del partecipante prima, durante e dopo: The approach is experiential, focusing mostly on practice. Participants are asked to come prepared with real problems they want to solve during class, aspirations and / or ambitions. Course participants commit themselves with preparatory tasks -Experimental training- learn by doing approach -Individual and group exercises, peer learning experiments -Team work / peer coaching -Supervised coaching sessions -Demonstration, invited speakers and thematic workshops -Creating output- working individually or in groups on a concrete project to be used in their own school |

Monitoraggio e tutoraggio del partecipante prima, durante e dopo la mobilità: Before registration, the participants are informed about the background and previous experience of the course provider and the involved trainer(s), the targeted public, the necessary background in relation with the learning objectives and methodologies of the course, size and composition of the course group, language, content, objectives, pedagogical approach, teaching methods and learning outcomes, as well as dates, duration, location and schedule of the activities. The participants are informed about necessary preparation provisions they need to accomplish, as well as a list of the equipment necessary for the course or training. Before, during, and after the course, the course provider addresses questions, queries and requests by participants in a timely and effective way. Participants have the opportunity to provide an assessment of the course and feedback about their experience. The course provider provides guidance to the participants on further steps that they can take to follow-up and build on the outcomes of the course. The course provider offers guidance and materials to facilitate the transfer of acquired knowledge and competences into practice at the participants’ institutions. |
