Today in education, social emotional well-being is more important than ever. This course focuses on emotions as strength, as the key indicators to our ability to learn, create, and problem solve. This course empowers teachers to learn about their own emotional management and self-awareness, to bring back strategies for their students to learn themselves, leading to higher motivation.

Description

The objectives of this course are:

Learn applicable strategies to implement in the classroom
Foster a creative mindset and learn how to manage individual affective factors such as motivation and self-esteem
Be challenged to work in teams and learn different components to understanding leadership

It is foreseen 4 days of practical lessons and 1 day of visit to a school or organisation dealing with the subjects of the course. Social and cultural activities are foreseen in the course such as City Tour of Valencia and a farewell activity.

Methodology & assessment

METHODOLOGY:

The approach used is highly practical, based on the expertise of the course trainers who have different years’ experience. Practical simulations will be carried out for each topic.
The objective of the practical activities is the simulation of the use of robots and coding during lessons.

ASSESSMENT:

During the mobility, the participant is continuously monitored and mentored by ESMOVIA trainer. Through the completion of the different activities and tasks proposed by the trainer, the achievement of the different learning objectives will be assessed.
We will also evaluate the quality of the course provided with the use of a satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the course. We will use participants' feedback to improve.

Upon your arrival, you will receive a welcome kit with all the essential course materials and program information.

Throughout the course, you will have access to EsMobile app designed to support your mobility experience.

We will provide you with exclusive access to ESMOVIA cloud platform, where you can find: all presentations, training materials, resources used during the session as well as pictures and videos taken throughout the week.

Certification details

We will provide the participant with a certificate proving the attendance of the course.

Finally, Europass mobility will be issued to all participants. This document will describe all the skills acquired during this course.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* More than 2 weeks before the course start: No charges will apply.
* Less than 2 weeks before the course start: The participant must pay 100% of the budget.
CHANGE POLICY:
* More than 1 month before the course start: Changes are possible with no extra charges.
* Less than 1 month before the course start date: Changes will depend on the specific course. We will assess whether changes are feasible.
