During classes organized as part of the virtual meeting, students 
analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of sports. They took part in 
a meeting with experts: zumba instructors and a sports psychologist. 
Students took part in discussions and shared their experiences and 
opinions related to the topic of the meeting. They expanded their 
knowledge about the risks associated with sports. They learned that 
by practicing sports in the wrong way, they can harm themselves. 
The classes developed students' creativity, critical and analytical 
thinking and teamwork skills. Participants worked in international 
groups where the language of communication was English. This made it 
possible to practice a foreign language in a natural communication 
situation. Students also improved their presentation and 
decision-making skills. Their self-esteem and ability to express their 
opinions have improved.

Teachers participating in the meeting expanded their knowledge of the 
education system in partner countries and methodology. They discussed 
good practices that can then be implemented in their schools.

The virtual meeting organized by a school from Romania:
-promoted safe and sensible sports practice as a way to improve 
self-esteem and motivation;
- helped students develop an analysis of different types of sports, 
taking into account their positive and negative aspects
- increased critical thinking
- developed interactive and communication skills in international 
environments
- developed skills in working in multicultural teams and raise 
European awareness
- stimulated students' creativity and imagination
- developed an international network of active teenage creators of 
sports-related products from various European countries
 - developed a network of responsible teachers who will 
promote reasonable sports practice in the teaching process.

Thanks to the meeting, the students expanded their knowledge about the
advantages and disadvantages of performing certain sports activities. 
They learned how to design an e-book and use their creativity and 
critical thinking. They improved their knowledge of English because 
the project's communication language was English. They also improved
their sports skills and ICT skills.
