We are a city school with a long tradition, but due to our central location, we rapidly lose students. With this project, we aimed to enhance the visibility and
status of the school both locally and internationally, intending to maintain the current number of students or attract new ones through the implementation
of Erasmus projects, a broader range of extracurricular activities, and innovative approaches in teaching methods to improve the overall educational
offering and ignite a greater desire for knowledge in our students. For teachers, our goal was to enable the acquisition of additional knowledge and skills
in promoting literacy, using digital tools, and implementing innovative methods through participation in on-site seminars and workshops. With students,
our objective was to awaken communication skills, improve interactions, and stimulate interest through a more extensive array of extracurricular activities,
especially considering the consequences of the pandemic-induced period of student alienation and confinement. Improving the quality and breadth of
education is our primary focus, including strengthening language and digital competencies, enhancing teacher motivation, and fostering students'
intercultural awareness.
