Safer Internet Day
Let's celebrate SID2023 on 7th February. We are going to combine well-being, society and SID to create a SID Comp@ss Rose.
The theme this year is once again 'Together for a better Internet, but this will be the 20th edition of the campaign #SID2023. There is a call to reflect on the new European strategy for a better internet for kids (BIK+) adopted in May 2022 to ensure their protection, respect and empowerment online in accordance with the European Digital Principles.
The Commission wants to ensure people are empowered to fully enjoy the opportunities that the digital decade brings. So, it proposed a set of European digital rights and principles that reflect EU values and promote a sustainable, human-centric vision for the digital transformation.
