• Ανάρτηση στις ιστοσελίδες των σχολείων της έναρξης του προγράμματος, περιγράφοντας με συντομία το θέμα και  τους στόχους.
• Κανόνες  ορθής διαδικτυακής επικοινωνίας και συμπεριφοράς που θα συμφωνηθούν και θα τηρηθούν  από  όλους τους  χρήστες  του προγράμματος.
• Παρουσίαση των σχολείων που θα συμμετέχουν, με σύντομη αναφορά στο θέμα που θα ασχοληθούν
• Οι μαθητές παρουσιάζουν τον εαυτό τους και γνωρίζονται μεταξύ τους.
• Χρονοδιάγραμμα  δράσεων του προγράμματος
• Ανάρτηση όλων των δραστηριοτήτων στις σελίδες  του  Twinspace, με αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ των μαθητών που συμμετέχουν
• Συζητήσεις και διαδικτυακές συναντήσεις στο χώρο του Twinspace, για ανταλλαγή εμπειριών, συναισθημάτων, προβληματισμών, ιδεών, απόψεων και  προτάσεων  μεταξύ των μελών του προγράμματος.
• Κάθε σχολείο ξεναγεί τα παιδιά των υπόλοιπων σχολείων στον τόπο του.
• Διάχυση του προγράμματος στην τοπική κοινωνία μέσω εκδηλώσεων, ανάρτηση των δράσεων τους στις ιστοσελίδες των σχολείων και στην κοινότητα του eTwinning.

• Posting on the schools' websites the launch of the program, briefly describing the topic and objectives.
• Rules of proper online communication and behavior to be agreed upon and adhered to by all users of the program.
• Presentation of the schools that will participate, with a brief reference to the topic they will deal with
• Students introduce themselves and get to know each other.
• Schedule of program actions
• Post all the activities on the Twinspace pages, with interaction between the participating students
• Discussions and online meetings in the Twinspace area, to exchange experiences, feelings, concerns, ideas, opinions and proposals between the members of the program.
• Each school guides the children of the other schools around their place.
• Dissemination of the program in the local community through events, posting of their actions on the schools' websites and in the eTwinning community.
