This task was completed during last video meeting 16 of May 2023. Teamwork through twinspace was not possible since adding new pupil members to the new platform was possible, but they couldn`t log in afterwards or add their presentations.
Students attending the meeting discussed about their creative works, healthy habits etc.

1. What kind of creative works did you do? Did you do leaflets, posters etc.? If you have your works on PDF, you can share them with everyone → share screen


Finland: We made “posters” on google docs


Czech Republic: No participants


Italy: We made posters and digital works to represent the best way to be healthy and to be fit. 


Portugal: We made posters, leaflets and digital works


Spain: We made an “Erasmus corner” in the high school so everybody can see what we have done and achieved related to the projects.


Turkey: No participants

 


2. How do you keep healthy and fit?


Finland: Exercise regularly


Czech Republic: No participants


Italy: We follow a Mediterranean diet, rich in fruit, cereals, protein and healthy foods that promote good health. In addition, we do sport, either by going to the gym or just taking a walk. 

 

Portugal: We practice sports and try to maintain a balanced diet


Spain: Running in PE and eating healthy food at home.

 

Turkey: No participants

 

 

3. What are your sports?


Finland: Hockey and ping-pong


Czech Republic:No participants


Italy: We follow a range of sports, such as football, basketball, swimming, volleyball and dance. 


Portugal: we practice many sports : football, basketball, swimming, byke, etc…


Spain: Football and Gymnastics.


Turkey: No participants



4. What kind of healthy habits do you have?


Finland: I usually get home from school by bike (4.5km)


Czech Republic: No participants


Italy: We try to reduce fast food by favouring zero food products, controlling the quality of food. It is important to consume a certain amount of fruit per day and drink at least 2 litres of water per day. 


Portugal: we practice sport, controlling the quality food and we avoid eating fast food


Spain: Sleep well, no drinking at parties and going to the gym.


Turkey: No participants
