Students cooperatively come up with a list of activities to improve well-being (e.g. listening to music for 2 hours/week, doing exercise at least for 1hour/week, phoning their grandmother, sending a Christmas card...). The students then have to tick off the activities they have managed to do. At the end the partners talk about how successful the students have been.
