Abdessadeq Ourkiya

International development expert with a strong interdisciplinary background spanning academia, diplomacy, and the non-profit sector. I specialize in the design, development, and management of European cooperation projects that promote inclusive, high-quality learning ecosystems across Europe and beyond.

Currently, I serve as an EU Project Officer at GIP-FTLV de Bourgogne /l’Académie de Besançon, the public authority for lifelong learning in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region (France). I lead and coordinate EU and nationally funded initiatives, including:

-Interreg (Alpine Space, France–Switzerland, North-West Europe)
-Erasmus+ KA2 (Partnerships for Cooperation / Capacity Building in Higher Education)
-Digital Europe Programme (e.g. AI Skills Academy)

My work operates at the intersection of VET, lifelong learning, and adult education, with a clear focus on inclusive, sustainable, and digitally enhanced education pathways.
