The primary objective of the project is to demonstrate to teenage students the broadening of the perspectives and opportunities in the pan-European marketplace. Host and guest students will do a mandotory one-day work placement in a local company. During this they will identify and observe the cultural, official and formal differences in the work enviroment. The whole group of students will visit a local Company. There will be a tour of the plant and information will be provided on training. The participants will also spend a day developing and expanding their skills in the context of application procedures in English; this will take the form of an all-day workshop covering writing letters in business English, job interviews or putting together a CV. In implementing this project, the aim is to encourage the development of the participating personalities by dealing with unknow communication situations in professional an private contexts.
