http://talentedeurope.eu The project provides a mechanism for connecting students with employers and vice versa across Europe, using emerging ICT technologies. By developing and implementing both online and App systems, the project helps both the students to identify opportunities and find ideal jobs, and the employers to access the pool of talented students with the tutor’s endorsement, which facilitates the recruitment of the best candidates. Key Stakeholders Three key stakeholders are involved in the project. They are: students, employers, and academic institutions. The students are searching job opportunities, employers are looking for the best students to employ, and the universities and colleges are striving that their best students find their ideal jobs. The academic institutions play a major role by assessing and recommending advanced students to employers, which serves as a reassurance to them and motivates the students.
