Walking together

"Walking together” would take place throughout the school year due to its size, which would help to enrich the different knowledge, contents and skills developed in the different subjects. We must remember that this learning situation is designed for students who are 12-16 and who are in a stage of change due to adolescence. In addition, it is assumed that, during the previous years, students with that age have started to carry out projects, search for information, use digital resources, develop critical attitudes towards various situations and artistic manifestations, etc., as well as in the different topics that are tried to be dealt with in greater depth. Relation with the programming: This project is directly related to the annual programming, since it aims to improve the different skills that are part of the curriculum and, especially, the linguistic skills in English. It focuses on the development of English language skills, since students must use English to communicate with each other and carry out different activities, while they must make decisions (individual and in groups), use digital tools (for information search, infographics and presentations, etc.). In addition, they will learn to assess the reliability of online sources and to use digital design and editing tools. Likewise, it should be noted that the students will work in small groups, promoting collaboration, teamwork and interaction with students from other countries, and they will learn about different aspects: culture, art, literature, the environment, etc.
