Erken çocukluk döneminde kitap okunan çocukların okuma, dinleme becerisi ve dil gelişiminin daha hızlı olduğu bu çocukların okuma yazmada daha iyi olduğu bilinmektedir. Sık sık kitap okunan çocuklarda sözcük dağarcığı ve düşünme becerisi gelişme göstermektedir. Bu proje ile çocuklar önce kendilerine bir kumbara yapacaklar. Kumbaralarında biriktirdikleri paralar ile her ay sonunda kitap alacağız. Böylece her çocuk kendi kütüphanesini kendisi oluşturmuş olacak. Ailelerde de çocuklarına kitap okuma alışkanlığı oluşturmak için haftalık bir çocuğun ailesini aile katılımı ile sınıfa davet edip çocuğun kendi aldığı kitap ile okuma saati yaptıracağız. Projenin sonunda ailelerde ve çocuklarda kitap okuma alışkanlığı edindirerek çocuğun gelişimine faydalı olacağını düşünmekteyiz. It is known that children who are read in early childhood have faster reading, listening skills and language development, and these children are better at reading and writing. Vocabulary and thinking skills improve in children who are frequently read books. With this project, children will first make a piggy bank for themselves. We will buy books at the end of each month with the money they save in their piggy bank. Thus, each child will have created their own library. In order to create a habit of reading books to their children in families, we will invite the family of a child to the class with the participation of the family and have a reading hour with the child's own book. At the end of the project, we think that it will be beneficial for the development of the child by acquiring the habit of reading books in families and children.
