The project responds to the needs of the learning environment and the participants, to current and future challenges, and contributes to the development of school systems and pedagogical practices. Key project objectives: - apply multidisciplinary knowledge integrated in one issue, - further developing entrepreneurial and digital competences, - transfer of good practices for the professional development of teachers and the institution. The labour market expects flexibility, initiative, foreign language skills, innovation, digital literacy and entrepreneurship from young people (participated students will be in the labour market for the next few years). Students can use individual skills to analyse and evaluate them, but a problem arises when a series of different skills need to be integrated into one complex issue. The holistic approach of incorporating different skills represents a challenge for students as well as teachers. The partnership has experience with project-based work and experience in generating a complicated situation which requires integrated knowledge. Partners also have relevant skills in ICT, arts and entrepreneurship, but not every project partner has the necessary skills.
