To understand the different tastes of the world is to get to know the food cultures. In order to better understand the different tastes of the world, together with our project partners; By sharing the climate and food cultures of the geographies we live in, we aim to highlight the innovative aspects of our students and enable them to be successful in world cuisines. By creating e.books as a joint product work, we will ensure that learning is permanent and the project becomes widespread.
