With the proliferation of smartphones, social media platforms, and digital entertainment, concerns about excessive screen time, cyberbullying, digital addiction, and privacy breaches have become prevalent. Thus, understanding and promoting digital well-being is essential for fostering a harmonious and sustainable relationship with technology, enabling individuals to leverage its benefits while mitigating its potential negative impacts.
