TEACHERS' MEETINGS AND TASKS DISTRIBUTION
Source: www.thebluediamondgallery.com
All throughout the project the teachers of this project have considered as something basic to keep contact and meet with each other in order to plan, organize and develop the activities of "2023 A trip through anniversaries". On a daily basis we have used a chatroom and we have held several online videocalls. Below we describe the different meetings that have taken place.
30th September 2022
By the end of September we launched the project kick-off through a first meeting. It was hard in the beginning as the Twinspace was not open yet due to technical problems even though we had applied for permission by early September. We managed to start the project by creating 2 shared folders. One of them was aimed for the teachers with the outline of the project, different docs and the first activities that later on would become Twinspace pages:

The second one was created for our students as a starting point to have access to the introductory activities. They could find the first project pages in it:

During the meeting we focused on the general project plan and on the Introduction activity with the "who is who" game and the school introductory videos. Below you can find the shared doc we used with the plan and agreements we reached in that meeting.
17th November 2022
By middle November we drew up the plan of Pascal's anniversary activities, Season's greeting cards task, students' videoconferences and other project details. All of it can be seen in the document below:
23rd January 2023
By the end of January we held one more videocall to close Pascal's anniversary, plan Adam Smith's and distribute tasks among teachers for further activities. Details of that meeting can be read below:
29th March 2023
By the end of March our latest videocall took place. We agreed on the plan for the last two anniversaries and the details of deadlines and project closing. Everything can be checked in the file below:
