This course combines hands-on workshops, guided tours, and tastings to explore Southern Spain and Portugal’s cuisine. Participants gain practical insights into regional flavors, techniques, and cultural significance. The experience culminates in a curated lunch of local specialties, providing a holistic understanding of the region’s gastronomy and tourism. Materials include recipe guides, cultural notes, and digital tools like interactive maps and culinary apps.
Certification details
The course fee includes a certificate of attendance of 25 hours following the Erasmus+ standards.

Course package content:
The course fee includes 5 days of training, training materials and certificates, learning agreements and europass, pre-arrival and on-site assistance, and coffee corner. It is possible to request a budget for extra services like Accommodation, Airport transfers and cultural activities and trips.

Cancellation & changes:
If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date but it is possible to postpone the dates.
