Learn to listen and use the channel of communication to solve uncomfortable situations, understanding other’s feelings and intentions. Antisocial behaviour can result from problems regulating emotions, early aggressive behaviour, rejection from classmates, academic failure… Show your students how to implement non-aggressive resolutions, Prevent disruptive behaviour, engage your students, and implement medium and long-term Zero Tolerance strategies towards violence in your institution.
Learning objectives

Methodology & assessment
Role-play, case analysis, group dynamics, storytelling, and dialogue.
Follow-up strategies will enable your tutor to monitor you during the implementation process of new methodologies in your home institution.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
For the Deal with Conflicts, End Bullying course, the materials, tools, and resources used will include a variety of interactive and reflective tools aimed at building empathy, communication, and self-regulation. The Wheel of Power, for example, will help participants explore and practice power dynamics in conflict situations, while various psychological tools like personality studies and Kohlberg’s Levels of Moral Reasoning will provide insights into the traits of both the bully and the bullied
Certification details
The participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course including their full name, project information, duration of the course (25 hours) and location of the course, according to the Erasmus+ standards.

Course package content:
The course fee includes 5 day of training, training materials and certificates, learning agreements and europass, pre-arrival and on-site assistance, and coffee corner. It is possible to request a budget for extra services like Accommodation, Airport transfers and cultural activities and trips.

Course fees:
If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
