What can we do to educate our friends in school and in the local community about SDG 3?

 

Can we work together to think of a way to educate and promote good health and well-being?

1. Art exhibition, OŠ Petra Preradovića
We make lots of artwork to help us relax, focus and improve our mental and physical well-being, The art is displayed in the hallway and uploaded digitally to make an exhibition.
2. Fitness poster, OŠ Petra Preradovića
We make a series of collaborative posters with lots of tips on physical and mental well-being and good health.
3. Podcast with tips for good health
We could make and publish podcasts with tips on good health and well-being.

6. Collaborative e-book or poster with tips on good health and well-being (10PSKarditsa)
Each school can interview a health specialist and then we can create a collaborative e-book or poster with tips on good health and well-being.
5. Relaxing crafts collection

7. Collaborative video or presentation with physical activities (10PSKarditsa)
We can create a collaborative video or presentation with suggestions from all schools for various physical activities that help us be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy.
8.Collaborative mandala poster (FEDAC MANRESA)
While all the countries paint collaborative mandalas, we could listen to relaxing music, and when we're done painting, we sholud make posters.
9. Guidebook of home remedies(FEDAC Manresa)
Do a guidebook of home remedies to reduce pain, like if you have headache you can take a hot shower, or if you have stomacahce you can drink a camomile tea...
10. Collaborative video with students dancing traditional dances from partner countries
Dance is a fun way to exercise our bodies and feel happy ( physical and emotional well-being). Each school presents a traditional dance from their country (tutorial video) and then schools are paired and all schools upload a video dancing a dance from a partner country.
