Parents meeting

The parents meeting was held on February 15th at 19:00 in the classroom 23.

Students and parents had the opportunity to attend the meeting. It was a joined meeting for bilingual and language students

First of all, Erasmus+ coordinator, Mrs Sandra Tardelli talked about the Erasmus+ projects and acreditation in our school. She explained the differences between short term mobility for bilingual students (five of them) and group mobility (12 students). She presented the goals of Erasmus+ acreditation and emphasized that this year's project deals with achieving the goal of developing digital competencies in the field of media culture and developing language skills. 

Afterwards, Mrs Julija Pantić talked about the city of Nogent le Rotrou and about the school Lycée Rémi Belleau.

Mrs Jelena Glavaš talked about the project MEDO (Media Education and Digital Opportunities), it's goals and planned activities. In the project students will explore stereotypes, fake news and FOMO (fear of missing out) by working in three groups – radio/podcast, video and newspaper. Working on project topics, students will also discover the beauty of France, get to know the cultural heritage of Nogent le Rotrou, visit Paris and discover the features of European cultural identity.

Mrs Blaženka Čović gave to the parents and to the students some useful advices about traveling by plane and about the students' behaviour in theri hosts' houses.

Parents got the information about particulars of the trip and could ask any question they found important. Mrs Glavaš promised to send the details of the trip (departure and return) to the parents when she receives them from the travel agency, as well as the plane tickets of the students. She gave her e-mail address to the parents as well as her phone number to contact her if there would be any problem during the stay in France.
