Hello everyone!

My name is Diana and I am an English teacher at Vulcan Secondary School, a small but very hardworking school in Romania. We have been involved in eTwinning projects before and I think they are a great opportunity for students to reach beyond borders, learn, make friends and develop themselves. At the same time, I am the Erasmus coordinator at our school, which received Erasmus accreditation in 2021. Since then, we have organized student mobilities in different countries of Europe and met many wonderful people.

We can't wait to get started with this great project!

Hello, everyone ! I am Gülnur. I am a social studies teacher at Balıkesir Karesi Fatih Secondary School. This year is my 22nd year in the profession. We had previously done another project with my dear Diana and Özcan. When I heard about this project, I wanted to work with you and be in this project. Both me and my students are looking forward to it. . Thanks to this and similar projects, it provides a bridge for my students to reach countries and people they may never have been able to reach, and even to meet and become friends. Raising awareness on global issues is another important aspect. The positive aspects are countless. It is great to be with you.

I am Burhan Özdemir, a science teacher at Bergama Science and Art Center. I have the opportunity to open the doors of the world of science and nurture the curiosity of gifted students aged 8-16.

Hi everyone! I am Yasemin. I am from Ordu. It is located in the north of Turkey. I work in Perşembe, a small and lovely district of Ordu. I graduated from Anadolu University in 2006. I have been teaching English for 17 years. I am a mother of twin girls. They are 8 years old. This is my 5th etwinning project and I have both National and European Quality Labels. I am calm, hardworking, responsible and collaborative. I enjoy reading books and watching movies. I am really into singing songs :)  I work in a high school. My students are aged between 14 and 18. They are also hardworking and responsible. I am happy to be involved in this project. I think this project will be a good start to discover new things. There are lots of actionable steps we can take to raise awareness about environmental issues together. I am sure we will do the best :)

Benim adım Chatzistavridis Michalis (İngilizce'de Michael). 19 yıldır Yunanistan'daki ilkokullarda BT öğretmeniyim. Son yıllarda Peania'nın 1. ilkokulunda öğretmenlik yapıyorum. Bunca yıldır bilgisayarın temellerini ve genel olarak bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerini öğretiyorum. Öğrencilerimle bilgisayar laboratuvarında bilgisayarların kullanıldığı her türlü eğitim projesinde çalışmayı seviyorum. Özellikle bloklu tarzda kodlamayı öğretmeyi seviyorum çünkü bilgisayara kod yazmanın geleceğin olduğuna inanıyorum. Teknolojik atılımlar ve çevre alışkanlıkları ile ilgili projelerde yer almak isterim. Ayrıca STEAM metodolojisini entegre eden, tarih, fizik ve sürdürülebilirlik ile ilgili çok ilginç projeler buluyorum!

Değerli Eğitimciler,

Ben Verónica Pascual, Calasancio Alicante Okulu'nda fizik, kimya, matematik ve biyoloji alanlarında uzmanlaşmış bir fen bilgisi öğretmeniyim. Meslektaşım Guillermo Caruana ile birlikte bu e-twining projesine katılacağımız için çok heyecanlıyız.

16 yaşındaki öğrencilerimiz dünya çapında bağlantı kurmaya, öğrenmeye ve işbirliği yapmaya isteklidir. Anlamlı etkileşimler ve kültürel alışveriş için ortak bir alan yaratarak sınırları birlikte aşalım. Amacımız öğrencilerimizin dünya vatandaşı olmalarını ve daha iyi bir dünyaya katkıda bulunmalarını sağlamaktır.

Sınıflarımızın sınırlarının çok ötesine uzanan kalıcı bağlantılar yaratarak sizinle el ele çalışmayı dört gözle bekliyoruz.
