BG - DiSTARS stories shared
DiSTARS stories by the Bulgarian team
The students Emma Dilova, Viktoria Todorova, Magdalena Valkova, Martin Andreev and Malina Gladnishka created their own digital stories about a trip to Mars. They "built" their space colony and created characters to launch a rocket into space.
The young authors presented their stories
- during the school STEM Week with the participation of a Romanian partner school Erasmus team
- during the project kick-off meeting held in French Guiana
- during the second DiSTARS Bulgarian National Seminar held on 22.04.2023 in Techno Magic Land, Sofia. The event was organized by Motivian, Municipal Center for Extracurricular Activities, Baikal village, Dolna Mitropolia municipality with the partnership of the Department of Astronomy of Sofia University and Astronomical Association Sofia. The seminar was attended by students and teachers from all over Bulgaria, who got acquainted with inspiring resources and events in astronomy and space education, educational resources in astronomy on the SCIENTIX platform and the upcoming science festival "Hello Cosmos! Bulgaria speaking", presented by Dr. Solomon Passy, Atlantic Club Bulgaria.
By making and presenting their projects, our five Erasmus team members demonstrated their digital skills, creativity, critical thinking and teamwork.
