Description

During this course, parcipants will deepen their understanding of soft skills and through hands-on approach learn techniques and activities to promote leadership, mediation, creativity, problem-solving, communication and

collaboration. Participants will learn to transform the prevailing theories of communication,

as well as emotional and social intelligence, into practical experiences in their classroom.

Learning objectives

Participants will:

learn and experience firsthand practical 4C techniques and activities boost creativity and problem-solving skills
improve and facilitate communication and active listening
understand the basics of effective problem-solving, mediation and conflictmanagement
gain understanding of coaching framework and coaching models
develop core coaching skills, including observation process, feedback, questioning, listening, raising awareness, establishing and maintaining an authentic relationship
gain insight into the principles of leadership and collaboration;
improve public speaking, organization, and time management

Methodology & assessment

The methodology is based on active participation, hands-on activities, and experiential learning suitable and applicable to different subjects and at various levels. Participants will acquire practical knowledge and develop their skills through workshops, model lessons, project-based learning and outdoor activities, role play, and games.
