Description

This course will enable teachers to deepen their theoretical understanding of teaching and employing mediation in the classroom, using the Companion Volume of the CEFR as a reference. Additionally, teachers will be guided in identifying and creating mediation exercises based on authentic school textbooks. The topic of mediation will be integrated with the teaching practice of task-based learning and practical guidelines on the inclusion of technology will be offered. Practical examples will be provided, using materials of the recently concluded ERASMUS+ project 'Template'.

Methodology & assessment

The teachers will work in groups on the creation of a mediation tasks, implementing it with technology and using the Companion Volume of the CEFR as a theoretical reference framework

Paper handouts & digital resources. Shared learning & collaboration spaces

Certification details

Personalised certificates will be made available for those participants who actively participated and successfully completed the various course activities including the final course product. The certificate document includes the key course information including the number of tuition  & learning hours and the main topics covered.So requested individual EuroPass documents will also be updated.
