Description

  • Chronic stress, low motivation, and lack of joy have become the new normal. This course offers practical techniques to manage stress, boost well-being, and restore energy.
  • Recognizing the urgent need for proactive solutions, the program equips participants with essential tools to reduce stress, increase motivation, and enhance overall balance. Through hands-on methods and reflective practices, it fosters a meaningful shift toward greater resilience and vitality.
  • TeneLearning educational and training centre is located in the centre of a picturesque town Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife island).
  • Classes take place from Monday to Friday from 9 AM till 3 PM allowing you to enjoy them.
