Description

According to several researches, the main cause of employees quitting jobs is lack of appreciation, lack of feedback and lack of meaningful connections at the working place.

Positive reinforcement leads to higher motivation, deeper devotement and a curious spirit, resulting in better performance in school, in communities, in the working place and in personal relationships as well. If well taken care of, students could perceive going to school as a fun thing and learning can become a challenge they embrace.

After going through all the training sessions, at the end of the process participants will go home equipped with a toolkit ready to use with their students, their colleagues, family and acquaintances in order to enforce personal development and to improve personal relationships.

The training course is open for teachers, educators, people involved in NGOs, people working in companies - anyone interested in the topic and ready to work on and with himself.
