1.The teacher starts the lesson by playing the song about recycling from the link below:

(All teachers who wish can play a song about recycling in their native language.)
2. After the song, he asks the students the following questions and asks them to answer them. The topic is introduced through a brainstorming session.
1-What do you consider as waste? From where?
2-When do we throw things in the trash?
3-When was the last time you threw something into the trash can?
4-Where does the waste go? How's it going?
5-What does the amount of waste produced by a person tell us?
3. A mind map about waste is created from the answers given to the questions. (Lower classes can create the mind map on the board using images etc., upper classes can create the mind map they have determined using the web 2 tool)
