This lesson plan aims to integrate STEM into art and language. Students are encouraged to connect imagination with the real world.

The students combine their scientific knowledge from previous lessons with artistic expression, storytelling and the use of digital resources.

Students work together in groups to express their views on light pollution. Each group of students creates a story in the digital form of an e-book that shows how they approach light pollution on Earth, Mars or the moon.

This lesson has been given mid February to students of the Modern Languages-Sciences option at the Spectrum College Campus Beringen Middenschool. The students are 13 years old.
