Methodology & assessment
Through a combination of theory and hands-on activities, teachers will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively develop and nurture 21st-century skills, focusing on critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, within their classrooms. Methods such as debate, pair and group work, and individual practical exercises will be used throughout the course.
After the training course, attention will be given to how to implement the findings and skills in real daily working situations.

This course equips educators with key 21st-century skills through interactive materials, digital collaboration tools (Miro, Padlet, Trello), and EdTech platforms (Kahoot, Mentimeter, Canva). Participants engage with self-assessment tools, case studies, and scenario-based activities to enhance problem-solving and adaptability. Digital guides and toolkits provide practical strategies for integrating innovation into modern classrooms.
