DOREA is one of the largest training providers of ERASMUS+ courses offering services in 12 European countries. DOREA’s ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility training courses are specially designed to meet HEI (Higher Education Institutions) staff, school staff (primary and secondary), and staff working in Adult Education Centres needs.

DOREA courses combine the most effective and fastest-growing models of applied psychology such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (AT), Enneagram and Gestalt among others. We pride ourselves in making a real difference in the professional and personal lives of the participants of our courses. We use active learning methods to maximize benefits for the participants and enable them to start using the new skills straight ahead.

DOREA is also open for collaboration in ERASMUS+ KA1, KA2 and KA3 projects as well as other programmes (e.g. H2020, INTERREG, Europe for citizens). Since 2012 DOREA has implemented 61 projects within the ERASMUS+ programme KA2, KA1 and KA3: 15 projects as a project coordinator (host organisation) and 51 projects as a project partner (sending organisation).
