As an Erasmus+ course, this program offers an opportunity for teachers to gain new skills, share knowledge with peers from different countries, and improve the quality of their education.
Our experienced course trainers will guide you through a comprehensive program that includes an overview of effective classroom management practices as well as practical strategies for promoting student engagement, managing behaviour, and creating a positive classroom culture.
Learning objectives
Upon completion of the “Effective Classroom Management” Erasmus+ KA1 Course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the principles and theories of effective classroom management, and be able to apply them to their own teaching practice.
- Identify factors that contribute to classroom disruptions and develop strategies to prevent and manage disruptive behaviour.
- Develop positive relationships with students and foster a positive classroom culture that supports learning.
- Establish clear expectations and routines for behaviour and learning, and effectively communicate these to students.
- Use a variety of communication strategies to promote student engagement and facilitate learning.
- Develop and implement a classroom management plan that meets the needs of their students and is tailored to the specific context of their teaching practice.
- Reflect on their own teaching practice and identify areas for ongoing professional development in the area of classroom management.

Course package content:
The course fee is 80 euros per person per day, which includes:
1. Participation in the course sessions.
2. Coffee breaks provided after each daily session.
3. Accompaniment for a city tour to explore the local area.
What’s not included in the fee:
1. Entrance fees to museums and cultural sites during the city tour.
2. Some optional cultural activities may require an additional fee.
3. Accommodation, meals, and transportation are not covered and must be arranged individually by the participants.

Cancellation & changes:
In the event of force majeure—such as natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control—we will:
1. Offer participants the option to reschedule for a future course date.
2. Provide a voucher for the course fee, valid for up to one year, to be used for any of our upcoming courses.
