Day 1 - We Are The Rhythm ❤️ rhythm based method for developing multiple intelligences, concentration span, neuroplasticity, and calming the mind.
Day 2 - Movements Matters 🤸🏻♂️ the wisdom of the body. When body moves, brain grooves. Creativity and stress management through rhythmical movements.
Day 3 - Operation Contemplation 🌸 self-discovery with pedagogy of silence, emotions, thoughts, beauty and nature.
Day 4 - From Me to We 🌍 from personal to social skills through creative games. drawing from the best art, business, and science traditions.
