This teacher training course aims to support school staffs to prevent and stop the bullying at school, creating a more peaceful atmosphere to enhance a more prosperous learning and teaching process.

This course gives strategies and teaching methods to teachers and administrators to prevent bullying in school through:
- Create strategies on how to deal with and eliminate violent or aggressive behaviour
- development of empathy in classroom
- analyse bullying, aggressive behaviour and violence, both physical and verbal.
- solve and reduce stress levels and develop the necessary abilities to manage emotions
- Acquire a greater understanding of the various forms of bullying and deeper knowledge about impacts, risk factors and long-term effects on victims and bullies;
- Get to know how to build a positive classroom environment and develop social and emotional learning;
- Learn how to develop and enforce a school policy plan on tackling and preventing bullying at school;
- Explore and discuss the fine line between legal and illegal behavior and how to identify bullying conducts;
- Exchange good practices and discuss challenges with fellow colleagues and the course trainers about how to reduce bullying in schools;
- Network with individuals and organizations working in the education field in Europe through everyday cooperation and team-building activities.

- Day 1: Understanding the Landscape of School Bullying
- Introductions, course overview, defining bullying, types and forms of bullying, prevalence and statistics
- Causes and consequences of bullying, impact on individuals and the school community
- Day 2: Identifying and Assessing Bullying
- Signs and symptoms of bullying in different age groups, recognizing verbal, physical, relational, and cyberbullying
- Tools for assessing bullying behavior, role-playing scenarios, case studies
- Day 3: Prevention Strategies: Creating a Positive School Climate
- Fostering empathy and respect, promoting positive relationships, teaching social-emotional skills
- Classroom management techniques for preventing bullying, establishing clear rules and expectations
- Day 4: Intervention and Support: Responding to Bullying Incidents
- Effective intervention techniques, supporting victims, addressing the needs of bullies
- Restorative justice practices, conflict resolution strategies, involving parents and families
- Day 5: Building a Comprehensive Anti-Bullying Program
- Developing school-wide anti-bullying policies and procedures, creating a supportive school culture
- Collaboration among teachers, administrators, and students, evaluation and assessment of anti-bullying initiatives, wrap-up and next steps
