Experiential learning: participants will actively practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and guided meditations. Short practices will be interspersed throughout the course to experience the benefits firsthand.

Interactive activities: role-playing, case studies, group discussions, and simulations facilitate the exploration of psychological concepts, communication techniques, and classroom applications.
