Hello Snowman
HELLO SNOWMAN
During January, a snowman challenged the teams to find a book related to snowmen in their classroom or school library to understand its origin. More specifically, each partner read a snowman story and then presented all the important information in a joint poster. Afterwards, the teams experimented to learn how snowmen are formed (water cycle). This activity helped them recognize that all the snowmen on Earth are family, as they can travel and meet in the clouds. The next activity involved designing and reusing waste materials to make a snowman with special characteristics. Additionally, partner schools used Stable Diffusion (AI tool) to generate the background for a common story about the family routes of their snowmen. In this story, the snowmen presented their cultural characteristics and donated a special element for a sustainable future. Furthermore, the teams met and used role-playing to dress up like snowmen in an online meeting. Finally, they assessed their new knowledge by creating and answering challenges to recognize partner snowmen through riddles.
