PROJECT EVALUATION
FEBRUARY PROJECT PROCESS EVALUATION REPORT
In February, the first month of our project, information was exchanged with the use of Twinspace to help our teachers and students understand our project. Short videos, texts and visuals were communicated via Whatsapp group about the project process.
In February, a presentation of the project and a meeting with project partners was held for our project, determining the project logo, determining the project poster, obtaining parental permission petitions, and informing parents about the project.
The logos and posters made by our project members with their students were presented to the survey and the logo and poster with the most votes were selected as the logo and poster of our project.
We created an instagram page for our project.
Mini surveys were created at the end of the page for the introduction of project partners, project meetings, project surveys and evaluation.
MARCH PROJECT PROCESS EVALUATION REPORT
In March, during the process of our project, we created our school introduction, student and teacher introduction, teachers' contact information, country and city introduction, the location of our school on the map, announcing it on the school social media accounts and the official website of the school, the connection of our project with the curriculum and our project introduction video.
In March, the second month of our project, we worked on preparing and implementing the 'Home Responsibility Chart'. We informed parents about the Home Responsibility Table via Whatsapp and informed them about how to apply the table at home. We communicated with parents to follow up each day.
In March, we did various activities with the children to raise awareness of water conservation. We did collaborative work for World Water Day using Aggie. io by Magma web2 tool. In our collaborative work, children had fun and learned by coloring at the same time. In addition, each class did activities related to World Water Day (going to the flood museum, painting work, model work, cutting work, designing a fun water dispenser, preparing a school board) and uploaded them to the March activities.
We made associations between our project topics and the learning outcomes in the curriculum.
At the end of March, mini questionnaires were created to evaluate the month of March.
PROJECT PROCESS EVALUATION REPORT FOR APRIL
In April, we held our April 2 World Autism Awareness Day activity using Padlet, one of the web2 tools of our project. In our activity, we created a digital board through the Padlet program. We created a common board by uploading the activity that each class has done to our board.
In April, in order to create environmental awareness in our children by doing garbage collection activities, we collected the garbage around the school starting from our closest environment and threw it into the garbage bin.
In our project, we carried out our activity themed on the care of the plants in the classroom. In our activity, we carried out the maintenance of the plant in our classroom for purposes such as soil change, replanting, giving life water. Subsequently, the care of the plant was followed daily.
At the end of April, mini surveys were created to evaluate April.
MAY PROJECT PROCESS EVALUATION REPORT
In May, we prepared a collaborative game using the Learning Apps web2 tool for the May 10-16 Disability Week. Children had fun and learned by playing games.
In our project, we carried out activities such as sweeping the classroom, wiping the tables, replacing the items they use, and organizing the cabinets for our activity themed as ensuring the order and cleanliness of the classroom.
For our activity with the theme of fulfilling responsibilities towards family elders, we visited our family elders, meeting their needs, painting pictures on respect for family elders and lecturing in the classroom.
For the dissemination activities of our project, we created comics using Pixton and Canva web2 tools. We also created a virtual exhibition using Emaze web2 tool and a virtual storybook using Storyjumper web2 tool for dissemination activities. These activities were shown in different cities and schools and awareness raising activities were carried out.
For the Final Product of our project, we exchanged ideas and decided what to do. We divided the work to create a storybook using the Storyboard application and created the pages of the storybook respectively.
At the end of May, we created a mini survey to evaluate the month of May.
JUNE PROJECT PROCESS EVALUATION REPORT
In June, the last month of the project, we prepared Certificates of Participation for teachers and students. We held the closing meeting of the project and ended the meeting by thanking all stakeholders.
