Writing Your First Erasmus+ Project
Have a great idea for an Erasmus+ project but don’t know where to start? This 6-day course in Rome is designed for first-time applicants who want to write and submit their own KA1 or KA210 proposal. Learn how to turn needs into structured objectives, build a solid plan and budget, and leave with your project draft ready for submission.
Description
Writing your first Erasmus+ project can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. This 6-day hands-on course in Rome is designed for educators, youth workers, NGO staff, and school leaders with little or no experience in Erasmus+ project writing. You’ll explore the Erasmus+ framework, understand the difference between KA1 and KA210, and work step-by-step on your own idea. Through real exercises, peer feedback, and expert guidance, you’ll learn how to define a need, set SMART objectives, plan activities, choose partners, build a realistic budget, and draft the core sections of your proposal. Whether your goal is staff mobility or a small-scale partnership, this course will give you the tools and confidence to turn your idea into a well-structured project ready for submission. Includes a cultural day in Rome.
