Description

New to Erasmus+ project coordination? Feeling overwhelmed by contracts, documentation, partner management, and reporting obligations? You're not alone. Managing a European project—especially as the lead organization—requires much more than drafting a successful proposal. From legal agreements and budget monitoring to organizing activities and ensuring visibility, the real work begins after your project is approved.

Mastering Erasmus+ Project Implementation is a 5-day practical course tailored for first-time coordinators and school/institution staff involved in Erasmus+ KA210 and KA1 projects. Whether you're running a small-scale partnership or mobility project, this course offers everything you need to implement your project confidently and competently, step by step.
